关于地图
Gboko Map Poster & Print
Gboko lies in Benue State in central Nigeria, in open, gently rolling savannah country. The town's plan grows along its main roads, with a denser commercial centre where they meet. From there, residential areas spread out in a looser pattern of streets and compounds that fade into farmland.
The town is widely seen as the traditional centre of the Tiv people, one of Nigeria's larger ethnic groups. It is the seat of the Tor Tiv, their paramount ruler. Gboko is also known for cement production, which draws on limestone deposits in the area.
A Gboko map poster shows a compact centre with roads reaching out into the countryside, and blocks becoming larger and sparser toward the edges. On the poster the town is a clear, self-contained shape surrounded by open land.

Main roads
Several main roads leave the town in different directions and connect it to the rest of Benue State. They form the long lines that hold the map together.
Savannah surroundings
Open land and farms surround the built-up area. At the edges of the poster, the streets thin out into a scattered rural pattern.

为什么选 Gboko
一张有意义的地图
Gboko has deep meaning for Tiv families wherever they live now. A map of the town is a quiet way to keep the place close, whether it hangs in a family home or goes to a relative in another city.
Put a family name or a year in the title, and use the subtitle and coordinates for a particular home or compound. The map comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
