关于地图
Hetauda Map Poster & Print
Hetauda lies in the inner Terai of Nepal, in a valley enclosed by forested hills. On a map, the city sits in a long, flat basin, with rivers running through and around it and the hills rising steeply on either side. The main roads follow the valley, giving the city a stretched, linear form with neighbourhoods branching off into side valleys.
The city is the capital of Bagmati Province and an important transport hub, lying on routes that connect Kathmandu with the southern plains. It has a long-established industrial district, and factories and warehouses sit alongside residential areas. The forested slopes around the valley frame the town clearly on every side.
A Hetauda map poster shows this setting with clarity: the rivers crossing the valley floor, the roads converging on the centre and the edges where the city meets the hills. In black and white, the map reads almost like a relief drawing, with the landscape defining the limits of the town.

Rivers through town
Rivers cross and border the city, their broad beds forming open bands on the map that divide neighbourhoods and soften the street grid.
Highway junction
Routes from Kathmandu and the Terai meet at Hetauda, and the main roads converge on the centre in strong lines visible across the poster.
