Kaveri river bend
The Kaveri curves past the town and marks the edge of Kodagu. Its wide channel and wooded banks form the strongest natural line on the poster.

关于地图
Kushālnagar Map Poster & Print
Kushālnagar lies on the eastern edge of Kodagu district in Karnataka, where the hills of Coorg give way to flatter country and the Kaveri forms the boundary with Mysuru district. On a map the town stretches along the main road, with the river curving close by and farmland, coffee estates and forest filling the surroundings.
The town's name is often traced to Hyder Ali, who is said to have received news of his son's birth while camped here and named the place after that happy event. A short distance away, Nisargadhama is a wooded island park in the Kaveri, reached by a hanging bridge. The Dubare elephant camp is also a short drive away.
Across the river lies Bylakuppe, one of the largest Tibetan settlements in India and home to the Namdroling Monastery. A Kushālnagar map poster brings these elements together as clean black lines: the river, the town's main road, the island and, in a wider framing, the settlement beyond.

Nisargadhama island
This forested island park sits in the river just outside town and is reached by a hanging bridge. On the map it appears as a distinct shape within the water.
Bylakuppe settlement
East of the river, the Tibetan settlement of Bylakuppe adds its camps and monastery grounds to a wider framing, a clear contrast to the town's roadside layout.
