关于地图
Kyrenia Map Poster & Print
Kyrenia sits on the northern coast of Cyprus, on a narrow strip of land between the sea and the Kyrenia mountain range. The old town wraps around a small, nearly enclosed harbour. The newer town spreads east and west along the coast and up the lower slopes. On a map, the mountains press the town into a long coastal band.
The harbour is the focal point: a curved basin lined with buildings and closed on its eastern side by Kyrenia Castle, a fortress rebuilt by the Venetians. The castle houses the Kyrenia ship, a merchant vessel from the fourth century BC recovered from the seabed nearby. Around the old centre, the streets climb and bend to fit the terrain.
The ridge rises steeply just behind the town. The ruins of St Hilarion Castle stand on its heights, and Bellapais Abbey sits on the slopes to the south-east. A Kyrenia map poster pairs the tight curve of the harbour with the long line of the coast, a composition that reads well in Noir or Blueprint.

Kyrenia Castle
The Venetian fortress guards the eastern side of the harbour. Its heavy geometric outline stands against the finer streets around it.
Coast and ridge
Streets stretch in a long band along the shore, held between the sea and the Kyrenia range, which rises sharply a short distance inland.

为什么选 Kyrenia
一张有意义的地图
Many people remember Kyrenia from holidays, a period of work abroad, or family history, and its harbour is instantly recognisable in outline. A map poster keeps that shape close without the postcard colours.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a date, and the coordinates line, then choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download HD files for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
