关于地图
Leifeng Map Poster & Print
Leifeng lies in the Changsha area of Hunan province, on the west side of the Xiang river plain. It takes its name from Lei Feng, the soldier widely known in China as a model of selfless service, who came from this part of the Changsha region.
On a map, the area shows the typical pattern of China's expanding urban fringe. Wide new roads and large residential or industrial blocks sit next to older village clusters, fish ponds and fields, with low hills rising in places and small rivers and channels running between them.
A Leifeng map poster records this landscape in transition. The broad straight avenues, the irregular village lanes and the scattered ponds and waterways create a composition that mixes planned and organic forms, giving the print a strong and unusual texture.

Villages and ponds
Between the new developments, older village settlements and pond clusters appear as small irregular shapes, adding fine detail to the map.
Rolling hills
Low hills break up the plain in places, and roads curve around them, softening the grid of the newer districts.
