Battle Green
The triangular common at the centre of town marks the site of the 1775 skirmish. The main roads still meet around it, as they did in colonial times.

关于地图
Lexington Map Poster & Print
Lexington lies a little over ten miles north-west of Boston, and its map is classic New England. There is no grid, just a web of old roads that follow former farm tracks and field boundaries and meet in a town centre along Massachusetts Avenue. Residential streets curl through wooded neighbourhoods, and large areas of conservation land and meadow break up the built fabric.
The town's place in American history was fixed on 19 April 1775. On the Battle Green, colonial militia and British regulars exchanged the first shots of the Revolutionary War. That triangular common still sits at the heart of the map. Nearby, the Minuteman Bikeway follows a former railway line through town, a long, gentle path linking Lexington to its neighbours.
A Lexington map poster brings these threads together: the historic green, the main roads fanning out toward Concord and Boston, the bike path, and the ponds and brooks scattered across town. Interstate 95 runs along the eastern edge and frames the town much as the old stone walls once framed its fields.

Minuteman Bikeway
This rail trail follows a former railway line through Lexington. It draws a smooth, continuous line across the map between Bedford and Arlington.
Conservation land
Wooded reserves and open meadows interrupt the residential streets in many parts of town. They leave broad open shapes that give the map a relaxed, green rhythm.

为什么选 Lexington
一张有意义的地图
Lexington draws families, academics and history enthusiasts alike, and a map of the town speaks to each of them. It makes a fitting gift for a new homeowner, a graduate leaving the Boston area, or someone who walks the Battle Green every April.
Customise the title and subtitle, perhaps with 1775 or a year of your own, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The 18×24″ and 24×36″ sizes suit standard American frames.
