Plateau setting
The level ground of the Lusaka plateau lets roads run long and fairly straight, which gives the map an even, open quality across the whole sheet.

关于地图
Madido Map Poster & Print
Madido lies in Lusaka Province, on the edge of the wider Lusaka urban area in central Zambia. It sits on the high plateau around the capital, where the land is broadly level, so roads and plots shape the map more than rivers or hills. From above, residential areas spread out among open ground.
Like many places on the fringe of Lusaka, it combines older, informal street patterns with more regular layouts of newer plots, and main roads connect it with the city. On paper this makes a varied texture: dense clusters where housing is established, lighter grids where plots are still filling in, and wide spaces between them.
A Madido map poster records the place as it stands now, which makes it a document as well as a picture. The $9 digital download includes six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF without a watermark. A free 900 px watermarked preview lets you check the framing before you buy.

Mixed street patterns
Irregular lanes in established areas sit beside straighter grids of newer plots, so the map shows the settlement at different stages of growth.
Road links
Main roads connect Madido with the rest of the Lusaka area. They draw the strongest lines on the page and give the composition a clear direction.

为什么选 Madido
一张有意义的地图
For people who have built a home in Madido, or who grew up there before moving away, a map of its streets marks a real place at a particular moment. It makes a meaningful gift for a new house or for someone far from Zambia.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a family name or the year a house was finished, and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. You can also order a printed poster on matte paper.
