关于地图
Ma'rib Map Poster & Print
Ma'rib lies in central Yemen, on the eastern side of the highlands where the land descends toward the desert. The modern city spreads across flat ground, with wide roads and newer districts. Nearby, the old town stands on a raised mound, its tall mud-brick buildings forming a compact, irregular shape that is visible from above.
Ma'rib was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Saba, often linked with the biblical Queen of Sheba. The Great Dam of Ma'rib, built to capture seasonal floods in a wadi, was one of the great engineering works of the ancient world. The temples of Awwam and Barran, part of a UNESCO World Heritage listing, remain nearby.
A Ma'rib map poster connects a modern city with one of the oldest cultural landscapes in Arabia. The dry wadi and the surrounding open land frame the settlement, while roads lead out toward the desert. In black and white, the map shows a place where the long history of irrigation and trade still defines the setting.

为什么选 Ma'rib
一张有意义的地图
For Yemenis at home and abroad, and for anyone drawn to the ancient kingdoms of Arabia, Ma'rib holds deep meaning. The map offers a quiet, respectful way to keep that place close, whether in a study or a family room.
You can set the title, subtitle and coordinates line in your own words, perhaps with the city's Arabic name. Choose one of five styles; Sand suits the desert landscape, while Noir gives the ancient and modern street patterns strong contrast.
