The Río Tinto
The river winds past the town through tidal marsh on its way to the estuary. Its wide channels and mudflats form a soft, irregular edge along one side of the map.

关于地图
Moguer Map Poster & Print
Moguer sits in the province of Huelva, on a low rise above the Río Tinto just before the river reaches the estuary it shares with the Odiel. The old town is a tight cluster of streets around its churches and convents. Beyond them the map opens onto marshland, river channels and, further out, the fields where much of the region's strawberry crop is grown.
The town has two claims to fame. Moguer is the birthplace of the poet Juan Ramón Jiménez, who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1956 and wrote Platero y yo about its streets. It is also closely tied to Columbus: sailors from Moguer joined the 1492 voyage, and the Monastery of Santa Clara is part of that story.
A Moguer map poster shows the town the way a sailor or a poet might have known it. The dense old centre is on the higher ground, and the lines loosen as they run down toward the water. The Tinto's wide, braided course fills the lower part of the frame with pale channels and marsh.

Old town core
Narrow Andalusian streets gather around the churches and the Santa Clara monastery. They form a dense, slightly irregular knot of lines, typical of a town that grew over centuries.
Farmland beyond
Outside the centre, roads spread into flat agricultural land. The long, regular plots contrast with the organic streets of the old town.

为什么选 Moguer
一张有意义的地图
Moguer suits readers of Juan Ramón Jiménez, anyone drawn to the story of 1492, and families from the Huelva coast. A title like Platero's town or a line from the poet turns the map into something more personal than a place name.
Choose from five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand and Paper suit the whitewashed streets and marsh light. You can personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates line.
