关于地图
Multan Map Poster & Print
Multan is among the oldest cities in South Asia, and its shape still reflects that long continuity. At its heart sits the old walled city, a dense tangle of lanes entered through historic gates, and beside it the raised ground of the old fort. From above, this compact core stands out clearly against the wider, more regular neighbourhoods that grew around it.
The city is widely known as the City of Saints for its Sufi shrines. The tomb of Shah Rukn-e-Alam, with its great octagonal brick form, stands on the fort mound and is visible across the city. Multan is also associated with blue-glazed pottery, and with the mangoes grown in the orchards that surround it.
Beyond the centre the Punjab plain takes over, flat and crossed by canals that feed farmland, while the Chenab River runs to the west. Main roads leave the old city in several directions and later housing schemes follow their lines. A Multan map poster traces how an ancient core and a modern agricultural city fit together on one sheet.

The fort mound
The raised site of the old fort, crowned by Sufi shrines including Shah Rukn-e-Alam, sits beside the old city as a distinct patch of paths and green.
Canals and plain
Irrigation channels cut straight lines across the surrounding farmland, a pattern that frames the city's outskirts in long, regular strokes.

为什么选 Multan
一张有意义的地图
Multan is a city many people carry with them after moving to Lahore, Karachi or abroad. A map of the old city and the neighbourhoods around it is a quiet reminder of family, shrines and streets that do not change quickly.
Write your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name or a date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 digital download includes all six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF, with no watermark.
