关于地图
Nakhon Pathom Map Poster & Print
Nakhon Pathom lies west of Bangkok on the flat central plain of Thailand. The centre of the city is organised around a single landmark: Phra Pathom Chedi, one of the tallest stupas in the world, set in a large square compound. On a map, the compound is a clear open block, and the streets around it form the core of the town.
The city is considered one of the oldest in Thailand and is linked to the early spread of Buddhism in the region. The southern railway line passes just north of the chedi, and the Sanam Chandra Palace, built for King Vajiravudh, lies in wooded grounds to the west. Canals and the Tha Chin river run through the wider area.
A Nakhon Pathom map poster has a clear focal point, which is unusual for a city map. The great chedi's compound sits at the centre, with streets, the railway and palace grounds arranged around it. Around the town, canals and fields fill the flat plain. In monochrome, this sense of a centred, deliberate layout stands out strongly.

为什么选 Nakhon Pathom
一张有意义的地图
For anyone who has visited the great chedi, studied at one of the city's universities or has family in Nakhon Pathom, this map is personal. Its centred composition also makes it an attractive piece on its own.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line are all editable, so you could use Thai script or a date. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Noir makes the open compound of the chedi stand out clearly.
