Canal network
Straight drainage canals and meandering creeks cross the town in every direction. They form a fine web of water lines under the street pattern.

关于地图
Nanqiao Map Poster & Print
Nanqiao is the seat of Fengxian District, on the low alluvial plain south of the Huangpu River in Shanghai. The land is almost perfectly flat, so the map's structure comes from water and roads rather than terrain. Straight canals and older, winding creeks cut the town into irregular pieces.
Over recent decades the town has grown outward in large rectangular blocks, with wide arterial roads laid across former farmland. The result is a mix of textures: tight, older lanes near the historic waterways, and a looser modern grid farther out. The coast of Hangzhou Bay lies to the south.
A Nanqiao map poster captures a part of Shanghai that visitors rarely see, a place shaped by irrigation channels and planning rather than skyscrapers. In black and white, the canals become fine dark threads running between generous city blocks.

Large modern blocks
Newer districts are laid out as broad rectangles bounded by wide roads, which gives parts of the map a calm, measured rhythm.
Southern plain
Farmland and waterways surround the built-up area and lead south toward Hangzhou Bay, so the town appears as a compact cluster on open ground.

为什么选 Nanqiao
一张有意义的地图
For people who live in Fengxian or grew up there, Nanqiao is home rather than a postcard view of Shanghai. Its canals and blocks make a quiet, geometric print that suits a study or a hallway.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for example with a move-in date or a family name. Then pick one of five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, to match your interior.
