关于地图
New Territory Map Poster & Print
New Territory is a planned residential community in Fort Bend County, Texas, in the Sugar Land area southwest of Houston. From above it looks nothing like an old town grid. Streets bend in smooth arcs, loops branch into cul-de-sacs, and neighbourhoods are arranged around ponds, greenbelts and landscaped corridors. Each section has its own looping internal layout.
The plan is easy to read in line art. A few collector roads carry traffic between the sections, and the quieter residential streets curl off them like leaves on a stem. Water features and open spaces show up as clear shapes in the pattern. That makes the map feel organised and calm, a fair reflection of how the community was designed.
A New Territory map poster is a natural fit for families who have lived in one of its sections, or anyone who liked the ordered calm of a planned suburb. It shows the whole design at once. From the street, the curving layout can feel like a maze, but on the poster it is clear and simple.

Lakes and ponds
Small water features sit between the neighbourhood sections, giving the map clear open shapes among the dense residential curves.
Cul-de-sac clusters
Dead-end courts branch from the main loops in regular clusters, adding a repeating, almost botanical rhythm to the map.

为什么选 New Territory
一张有意义的地图
People often hang this map to remember a first family home, since planned communities like New Territory are where many households settle with children. The layout is recognisable to anyone who has walked its sidewalks.
Put your family name or street in the title, a move-in date in the subtitle, and keep or edit the coordinates. The five styles are Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Noir makes the lakes stand out sharply.
