关于地图
Ningyang Map Poster & Print
Ningyang is a county in Shandong province, administered from the city of Tai'an, which lies to its north. The land here is part of the North China Plain, flat and largely farmed. On a map, the county town is a clearly bounded block of streets surrounded by fields and scattered villages.
The street plan in the town is mostly regular, with wide main roads crossing at right angles and newer districts added along the edges. Beyond the town, straight rural roads and field boundaries continue across the plain. Ningyang is known across China for its crickets, which have been bred and traded here for the traditional sport of cricket fighting.
A Ningyang map poster shows the calm geometry of a plains town, broad roads, even blocks and open land all around. It suits people from the county, and anyone connected to this part of Shandong between Tai'an and the south of the province.

Plains all around
Beyond the built-up area, flat farmland spreads in every direction, crossed by straight roads and dotted with villages.
Growing edges
Newer districts at the town's margins add larger blocks and longer streets, visibly different from the older, tighter centre.

为什么选 Ningyang
一张有意义的地图
The appeal is its order. A plains town mapped in black and white reads almost like a diagram, and for people from Ningyang it is a clear, uncluttered picture of home.
Add a title in English or Chinese, a subtitle and the coordinates, then pick one of the five styles. You can get the HD files for $9, or a printed matte poster delivered from a partner near you.
