关于地图
Non Sung Map Poster & Print
Non Sung is a district town in Nakhon Ratchasima province, on the broad Khorat Plateau of north-eastern Thailand. The land here is almost flat, and on the map the town appears as a small, fairly regular cluster of streets. Beyond it, a patchwork of paddy fields, farm tracks and small water bodies stretches out in every direction.
Like many towns in Isan, Non Sung serves as a local centre for the surrounding farming villages. Roads lead out from the town into the countryside, and scattered ponds and reservoirs show how important water storage is in this region. The layout is modest and functional, set up for markets, schools and district offices.
A Non Sung map poster suits that plain geometry. The town's compact core, the straight roads heading out to neighbouring villages and the small rectangles of water give it a quiet order. It is a drawing of everyday rural Thailand rather than a tourist view, clear and understated.

Radiating rural roads
Straight roads extend from the town across the flat plateau, connecting it to surrounding villages and giving the map a clear set of outward lines.
Ponds and reservoirs
Small ponds and storage reservoirs dot the landscape around the town, appearing as neat solid shapes among the open fields.
