关于地图
Norwalk Map Poster & Print
Norwalk is the county seat of Huron County, in northern Ohio, a short distance south of Lake Erie. The surrounding land is flat and agricultural, and the city forms a compact settlement in a wide landscape of farms. From above, its streets follow a regular grid, with Main Street running east to west through the centre.
Along Main Street, the map shows the downtown blocks and, to the west, a long stretch of large residential lots. Railway lines and state routes cross the city, adding diagonals to the grid. A Norwalk map poster captures that balance of planned streets, open farmland and the long central axis that holds the town together.
Norwalk was settled in the early nineteenth century as part of the Firelands, land granted to Connecticut residents whose homes had been burned during the Revolutionary War, and it takes its name from Norwalk, Connecticut. Its West Main Street is known for well-preserved historic houses. Nearby, Summit Motorsports Park draws drag racing fans each season.

Regular grid
Streets meet at right angles in an orderly pattern, giving the poster a calm, balanced structure typical of Ohio county seats.
Farm country
Flat fields surround the city, so its compact grid stands clearly against open land with only a few roads leading outward.
