Market square
The rectangular Rynek with its town hall sits at the centre of the old town. Surrounded by a tidy grid of streets, it forms the clearest shape on the poster.

关于地图
Oława Map Poster & Print
Oława lies south-east of Wrocław, where the Oława River flows toward the Oder. Water is the first thing the map shows. The Oder's broad channel and floodplain run beside the town, while the smaller Oława curves through, and green floodland and old river arms fill the spaces between them.
The historic centre is a compact medieval plan built around a rectangular market square with its town hall. Parallel streets lead out to where the old walls once stood. The town's castle, associated with the Silesian Piast dukes, stands near the centre. Later districts, the railway and industrial areas spread outward across the flat ground.
An Oława map poster brings together a planned medieval core and the less predictable pattern of two rivers. The market square gives the centre a clear geometric heart, and the Oder floodplain frames the whole town with wide, pale space.

Two rivers
The Oder and the smaller Oława shape the town's eastern and central areas. Their channels, oxbows and floodland give the map flowing, irregular lines.
Castle quarter
The castle near the old town recalls Oława's past as a ducal seat. On the map, its grounds break the regular street pattern with a larger enclosed shape.
