关于地图
Ōwa Map Poster & Print
Ōwa is a small town in the south-eastern part of Gunma Prefecture, on the northern edge of the Kantō Plain. The land here is almost completely flat, and the area lies close to the large rivers that drain the plain towards Tokyo Bay.
From above, the town shows the typical pattern of rural Kantō: clusters of houses along older roads, newer residential blocks laid out in small grids, and wide rectangles of rice paddies and fields between them. Irrigation channels draw thin lines across the farmland.
An Ōwa map poster reflects the calm of this landscape. There are no hills or coastline to dominate the composition, so the map is carried by the fine interplay of streets, fields and water, with a few larger roads linking the town to its neighbours.

Irrigation channels
Narrow waterways run between the fields and along the roads, adding thin, precise lines that tie the whole composition together.
Scattered settlements
Rather than a single dense centre, housing is spread in several clusters along older roads, typical of towns on the northern Kantō Plain.
