关于地图
Palwal Map Poster & Print
Palwal lies south of Delhi in Haryana, on the historic route toward Mathura and Agra. The national highway and the main railway line run through it in parallel, north to south, and the town has grown around both. The older centre forms a dense knot near the station, and newer sectors and colonies extend along the highway in more regular blocks.
The town has a place in Indian history. In April 1919, Mahatma Gandhi was arrested at Palwal railway station on his way to Punjab, an event connected to the protests against the Rowlatt Act. Today Palwal is a district headquarters and increasingly part of the wider National Capital Region.
A Palwal map poster shows a town organised by corridors. Highway and rail draw long parallel lines through the frame, the old centre forms a dense cluster beside them, and newer developments spread outward in planned grids. To the east, the fields of the Yamuna plain open out toward the river.

New sectors
