关于地图
Revelganj Map Poster & Print
Revelganj is a town in the Saran district of Bihar, lying on the northern bank of the Ghaghara River, also known here as the Saryu, not far from its confluence with the Ganges. On a map the river dominates the southern edge, its broad channel and sandbars shaping the line of the town.
The settlement stretches along the bank, with streets running parallel to the water and lanes reaching down toward the ghats. Behind it the land opens into the flat, fertile plain of north Bihar, crossed by village roads and dotted with small settlements between the fields.
The town is known for a large annual fair and bathing gathering on the river during the month of Kartik, drawing pilgrims to its ghats. A Revelganj map poster captures a town whose whole outline follows the curve of a great river on its way to join the Ganges.
