关于地图
Rösrath Map Poster & Print
Rösrath lies just east of Cologne, where the flat Rhine lowland starts to rise into the wooded hills of the Bergisches Land. Its districts are strung along roads and along the valley of the Sülz, a small river that winds through the municipality. From above, the town reads less as a single centre and more as a chain of settlements separated by green space.
To the south and west lies the Wahner Heide, a large area of heath and forest that is now a protected nature reserve. On a street map it appears as a broad, nearly empty zone crossed by only a few paths, in strong contrast with the residential streets beside it. Forest also covers much of the higher ground to the east.
A railway from Cologne into the Bergisches Land runs through the town, and Schloss Eulenbroich, a manor now used for cultural events, stands near the Sülz. A Rösrath map poster brings these pieces together: river bends, clustered neighbourhoods, a railway spine and the wide open space of the heath.

Wahner Heide
The protected heath south of town is a large open landscape at the edge of the Cologne area. On the map it appears as a wide, quiet field crossed by only a few paths.
Chain of districts
Rösrath has no single compact core. It is made up of several villages that grew together, each visible as its own cluster of streets, linked by green gaps.
