Section-line grid
County roads follow the mile-square survey grid used across the Midwest. They form a strong rectilinear frame around the looping streets of the residential subdivisions.

关于地图
Rosemount Map Poster & Print
Rosemount lies in Dakota County, south of Saint Paul, where the suburban edge of the Twin Cities meets farmland. Its map is framed by section-line roads, the square-mile survey grid laid across the Midwestern prairie. Inside those squares, newer neighbourhoods curl into loops and cul-de-sacs. The contrast between straight county roads and soft residential curves is the pattern that defines the city from above.
To the east the city reaches toward the Mississippi River, where industrial land around the Pine Bend refinery covers a large area. Much of the south and east is still open, including a large tract of University of Minnesota land known as UMore Park. As a result the built area appears as a denser core surrounded by generous white space.
The town also keeps a small-town calendar, and its summer Leprechaun Days festival is a long-running local tradition. A Rosemount map poster shows the city at a scale where each subdivision reads clearly. It suits families who settled here for the space and the schools and want a record of the streets they know.

Toward the Mississippi
The eastern edge of the city approaches the Mississippi River. Bluffs, industrial sites and open land give that side of the map a looser, rougher character.
Open southern land
Large agricultural and undeveloped tracts, including university research land, leave wide empty areas on the poster. They contrast with the concentrated street patterns in the north.

为什么选 Rosemount
一张有意义的地图
Rosemount is the kind of place people move to on purpose, often to raise a family, and a map of it marks that decision. It makes a practical housewarming gift or a keepsake for anyone who grew up among these cul-de-sacs and later moved somewhere else.
Personalise the title and subtitle, keep or change the coordinates line, and add a move-in date if you like. The five styles range from crisp Classic black & white to the warm Sand palette. The digital files cover six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF.
