关于地图
Sabunçu Map Poster & Print
Sabunçu is a settlement in the north-eastern part of Baku, on the Absheron Peninsula of Azerbaijan. It stands in one of the oldest oil-producing districts in the world, and the landscape around it has been shaped by more than a century of extraction. On the map, residential streets share the ground with industrial land, tracks and service roads.
The Sabunchu oil fields were among those that made Baku a leading centre of the global oil industry in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In 1926 the electric railway from Baku to Sabunçu opened, often described as the first electrified railway in the Soviet Union, and the name remains part of the city's transport history.
From above, the settlement appears as a cluster of low-rise blocks bordered by open, semi-industrial terrain on the dry, flat peninsula. A Sabunçu map poster captures that unusual mix, a residential core pressed among fields shaped by industry, drawn in clean lines that make its history easier to read.

为什么选 Sabunçu
一张有意义的地图
Sabunçu matters to families who have lived in the district for generations and to anyone interested in the history of oil and industry. A map of it is a thoughtful, slightly unexpected piece for a home or office.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be written as you like, with a family name or a year that matters. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, as HD files or a matte printed poster.
