Shingle bay
A long, gently curving beach runs along the town's seaward edge. It is one of the cleanest lines on the poster, with the Channel stretching out beyond it.

关于地图
Seaford Map Poster & Print
Seaford is on the East Sussex coast, between the port of Newhaven to the west and the chalk cliffs that begin at Seaford Head to the east. From above, the town is defined by its bay. A long, almost straight shingle beach runs along the southern edge, backed by a sea wall and promenade, while the streets behind it rise gently towards the South Downs.
The plan is mostly residential. The streets form a loose grid that becomes more curved towards the hills, with a small historic core around the old parish church. Near the seafront stands a Martello tower, one of the round coastal forts built in the early nineteenth century. Its compact circular footprint is easy to spot on a detailed map.
A Seaford map poster covers one of the best-known stretches of the English Channel coast. East of Seaford Head, the land opens out to Cuckmere Haven, where the river meanders to the sea before the Seven Sisters cliffs begin. The meeting of neat suburban streets and open chalk downland makes the print interesting.

Seaford Head
East of the town, the land rises to chalk cliffs and open downland. The streets end there, and the map turns into open space.

A round nineteenth-century coastal fort stands near the seafront. Its small circular footprint stands out against the straight lines of the promenade.
