关于地图
Shoreview Map Poster & Print
Shoreview is a suburb in Ramsey County, north of Saint Paul. Few places show Minnesota's lake country as clearly on a map. Snail Lake, Turtle Lake and Island Lake, together with a scatter of smaller ponds and wetlands, break the land into irregular pieces. Residential streets curve around their shores instead of following a straight grid.
Interstate 694 runs along the southern part of the city, one of the few straight lines in the drawing. Much of the rest is made up of winding drives, loops and cul-de-sacs laid out to follow the shorelines, with parkland and marsh left open around the water. The result is a quiet, organic pattern where blue space shapes almost every neighbourhood.
A Shoreview map poster works because the lakes do the composing. In black and white they become bold, solid shapes that the fine street lines seem to flow around. Anyone who has walked, skated or paddled here will recognise their own lake immediately.

Shoreline streets
Instead of a grid, roads loop and bend around the water, creating a soft, rounded pattern typical of lake-country suburbs.
Interstate 694
The freeway crossing the south of the city adds a strong straight line that contrasts with the organic shapes of lakes and neighbourhoods.

为什么选 Shoreview
一张有意义的地图
Life in Shoreview tends to revolve around one lake or another, so a map of its shorelines feels personal to people who live here. It suits a new home, a housewarming or a family moving away from the Twin Cities.
You can set your own title, add a subtitle with a date or address, and edit the coordinates line. Then pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
