Angkor Wat moat
The temple's wide rectangular moat is one of the most recognisable shapes on any map of Cambodia, a precise frame of water set among forest and roads.

关于地图
Siem Reap Map Poster & Print
Siem Reap follows the course of the Siem Reap River. The river runs roughly north to south through the town, and roads and lanes line both banks. On a map the older commercial centre around the Old Market sits close to the water. Guesthouses, hotels and residential streets spread out into flat land dotted with rice fields, ponds and small villages.
North of town the map changes character. Angkor Wat appears as a sharp rectangle inside its wide moat. Beyond it lie the square walls of Angkor Thom and the long straight edges of the ancient barays, the huge reservoirs built by the Khmer Empire. Few places show their past this clearly in plain geometry.
A Siem Reap map poster usually frames the living town and the gateway to the Angkor Archaeological Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To the south, the land slopes gently toward Tonlé Sap, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Its seasonal floods shape the fields and settlements along that side of the town.

Siem Reap River
The narrow river threads through the town centre, with small bridges and parallel roads on both banks forming the spine of the street network.
Ancient barays
The long rectangular reservoirs of the Angkor era appear as crisp outlines north of town, engineered water works still visible from above after centuries.

为什么选 Siem Reap
一张有意义的地图
Many people hang Siem Reap after a trip to Angkor, when the dawn at the temples and the evenings by the river are still fresh. The map holds both the town and the ruins in one frame.
Personalise the title, add the date of your visit as a subtitle, and keep or edit the coordinates line. The poster comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
