Edge of the city
Son Rapinya marks the point where Palma's urban grid loosens, so dense blocks and open plots appear side by side in a single frame.

关于地图
Son Rapinya Map Poster & Print
Son Rapinya is a neighbourhood on the northwestern side of Palma, the capital of Mallorca. It lies between the denser districts of the city and the green, hilly ground that rises toward the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. On a map it reads as a transitional zone, where regular apartment blocks give way to more irregular streets, low houses and gardens.
Main roads link the district to central Palma and to the ring road, whose broad curves pass nearby. Beyond them the terrain starts to rise, and the street pattern loosens to follow slopes and property lines. Dense blocks, villa plots and green spaces together give the map a layered texture quite different from the coastal districts.
A Son Rapinya map poster is for people who live in the neighbourhood or who know Palma beyond the cathedral and the seafront. It shows a settled, residential part of the city. It also places the district within the larger structure of roads and hills around the island's capital.

Ring road nearby
Palma's ring road sweeps past the district in a wide arc, adding a broad, curving line that contrasts with the smaller residential streets.
Rising ground
To the northwest the land climbs toward wooded hills. The streets there bend with the slopes, giving the map softer, more irregular forms.
