关于地图
Tam Giang Map Poster & Print
Tam Giang lies in Ca Mau, the southernmost province of mainland Vietnam, at the far tip of the Mekong Delta. The land here is low and almost completely flat. On a map, water is the dominant feature: rivers, canals and channels divide the ground into long strips and irregular islands, and settlements tend to follow the banks.
Roads are secondary in this landscape. Many paths run beside canals, and houses line the water in narrow ribbons rather than gathering in dense blocks. From above the place looks like a network of lines that branch and rejoin. The pattern owes as much to farming, fishing and aquaculture as to any planned street layout.
A Tam Giang map poster captures that delta geometry in a way few other places can. The lack of hills or grids leaves room for waterways to carry the whole design. The result is spare and graphic, closer to a drawing of veins or roots than to a conventional town plan, and it has a calm, horizontal balance.

Waterside settlement
Homes and small roads cluster along the banks, so the built area appears as thin ribbons that trace the waterways instead of forming a compact centre.
Flat delta ground
With no relief to shape the streets, the map relies entirely on water and field boundaries, which gives the poster an unusually even and open composition.
