Looping streets
Residential roads curve in crescents and loops rather than straight rows. On the poster they create a softer, more flowing pattern.

关于地图
Taman Scientex Map Poster & Print
Taman Scientex is a residential township in the Pasir Gudang area of Johor, on the eastern side of the Johor Bahru metropolitan region. Pasir Gudang is known for its port and industrial estates, and neighbourhoods like this one grew to house the people who work there.
The township's plan is recent and carefully designed. On a map, curving collector roads loop around blocks of terraced and other houses, with small parks and schools placed between them. The layout is more fluid than the straight rows of older tamans, and main roads connect it to the highways and industrial zones nearby.
A Taman Scientex map poster shows a clean, contemporary suburban pattern. The loops and crescents of the streets, the defined green spaces and the wider road network around them create an orderly composition. It is a straightforward, personal map for residents, especially those marking a first home.

Planned green spaces
Small parks and school grounds are set among the housing blocks. They give the map evenly spaced open areas.
Industrial neighbours
Nearby port and industrial estates have much larger building footprints and wider roads, which frame the finer residential grain of the township.
