Quays and Main Street
The long quays and the narrow Main Street run side by side along the waterfront, linked by short lanes. Together they form the ladder-like core of the old town.

关于地图
Wexford Map Poster & Print
Wexford stands on the western shore of Wexford Harbour, where the River Slaney meets the sea on Ireland's southeast coast. The town rises gently from the water, and its map is shaped by the quayside. A long line of quays faces the estuary. Behind it runs the narrow Main Street, and short lanes connect the two like the rungs of a ladder.
Vikings founded the town, and its name comes from Old Norse. Medieval walls once enclosed the centre, and a section survives near the Westgate tower. Across the harbour lies the North Slob, low reclaimed land now famous for its wintering geese. Wexford has hosted the Wexford Festival Opera since 1951, and today it is based at the National Opera House in the town centre.
A Wexford map poster captures the town's close relationship with water. The estuary becomes a large white field, with the long bridge reaching across it, the quays and the dense medieval lanes behind them. The contrast between the open harbour and the tight town is what makes the print so balanced, and it holds up well at every size.

Wexford Harbour
The broad estuary of the Slaney opens out beside the town. It leaves a large expanse of water on the print that frames the dense streets along its edge.
Wexford Bridge
A long bridge crosses the Slaney from the town's northern end. It draws a single clean line over the water toward the reclaimed land of the North Slob.

为什么选 Wexford
一张有意义的地图
Wexford draws people back, whether for the opera festival, the harbour or family roots in the southeast. The map shows the quays, the lanes and the estuary exactly, a quiet reminder of the town for anyone now living elsewhere in Ireland or abroad.
Personalise the title and subtitle, add a date, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Buy the HD files for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
