关于地图
Winter Haven Map Poster & Print
Winter Haven lies in Polk County in central Florida, in a landscape dotted with lakes. The city is known for its Chain of Lakes, a group of lakes connected by canals, and on a map the water is everywhere. Round and oval lakes interrupt the street grid in every direction, so the neighbourhoods curve and bend to fit between them.
The downtown sits on a more regular grid of blocks, with citrus groves and later suburbs spreading out from there. For decades the area was known for Cypress Gardens, one of Florida's early theme parks, whose site on Lake Eloise is now home to Legoland Florida.
A Winter Haven map poster is one of the most graphic city maps you can find in the American South. The lakes become bold solid shapes, the canals form thin connecting links, and the streets fill the remaining land in a pattern that is both planned and constantly interrupted.

为什么选 Winter Haven
一张有意义的地图
Winter Haven is a map for lakefront homeowners, former Cypress Gardens visitors and families who have spent years in Polk County. Few towns turn water into such a striking pattern.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps the name of your lake or your moving date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. HD files cost $9, and matte prints ship with an optional wooden frame.
