Regular central grid
The centre of town is laid out in fairly even rectangular blocks. On the poster this gives an orderly, almost textile-like pattern.

关于地图
Xaçmaz Map Poster & Print
Xaçmaz lies on the flat coastal lowland of northern Azerbaijan, a short distance inland from the Caspian Sea. From above it looks calm and regular. The blocks are mostly rectangular, the roads run fairly straight, and the town is edged by a patchwork of orchards and fields.
The railway from Baku to the Russian border passes through Xaçmaz, and the station area forms a clear line along one side of the town. The district is known for its apples and other fruit. In summer, people from the capital travel north to the forests and beaches around Nabran on the nearby coast.
A Xaçmaz map poster suits this kind of quiet geometry. The Soviet-era street grid, the long railway line and the gradual thinning of streets into farmland make a composition that is modest and balanced. It looks at home on the wall without claiming more drama than the place has.

The railway line
The Baku–Derbent line runs straight past the town, and its tracks and station area mark a clean edge along one side of the map.
Orchard country
Around the town, field boundaries and rural roads take over from streets. They are a reminder of the fruit growing the district is known for.

为什么选 Xaçmaz
一张有意义的地图
For families from northern Azerbaijan, Xaçmaz is often where summers were spent between the orchards and the sea. A plain map of the town is a quiet way to keep that place close from Baku or much further away.
You can set the title in Latin script, add a family name or a year in the subtitle, and keep the coordinates line for precision. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Each $9 purchase includes six sizes as 300 DPI PNG and PDF files.
