Creeks and rivers
Waterways cross and surround the city, typical of the Niger Delta. On the poster they draw winding lines that hold the city's shape.

关于地图
Yenagoa Map Poster & Print
Yenagoa is the capital of Bayelsa State, created in 1996 in the heart of the Niger Delta. The city lies on low, wet ground among creeks, rivers and swamp forest. On the map, the built-up area stretches along the main roads that run across the drier land, and water is never far away.
As a relatively young state capital, much of the city has grown recently, with government buildings, new roads and residential districts built out from older riverside settlements. Waterways remain important for travel and trade, linking the city to communities across the Delta.
A Yenagoa map poster shows an elongated city, with streets gathering along a few main roads and thinning out quickly where creeks and wetland take over. The mix of straight new roads and winding waterways gives the print its character.

Main road spine
The city has grown along a few main roads on firmer ground. Those roads are the backbone of the map, and most neighbourhoods branch off them.
Wetland edges
Swamp forest and wetland limit the city on several sides. At the edges of the map, the dense street pattern stops sharply against open land and water.

为什么选 Yenagoa
一张有意义的地图
Yenagoa is a hometown and seat of state life for many Ijaw families and others working across the Delta. A map of its roads and creeks is a meaningful gift for someone who has moved away, or a proud piece for a home in the city.
Use the title for a family name or community, add a date as the subtitle, and set the coordinates. Blueprint brings out the waterways, and Classic black & white, Noir, Paper and Sand are also available.
