Pace is an unincorporated community in Santa Rosa County in the Florida Panhandle, northeast of Pensacola and close to Milton. From above it is broad and low-density. A few main highways carry through-traffic, and from them curving subdivision streets branch off into pockets of housing cut out of the pine forest.
Water frames the area to the south and west, where tidal rivers, marshes and bays open toward Pensacola Bay. Creeks wind through the community itself, marked by strips of woodland that the streets bend around. Over recent decades Pace has grown quickly as a suburb, and the map shows new neighbourhoods set among older rural roads.
