Panama City Map Poster & Print
Panama City is the county seat of Bay County on the Florida Panhandle, and its map is defined by water. The city sits on the north shore of St. Andrew Bay. Along its waterfront, a series of bayous cut deep inlets into the land, so the street grid keeps stopping at water and restarting on the other side, joined by short bridges.
Downtown faces the bay with a marina and a compact street grid. To the west is the older St. Andrews district, and U.S. Route 98 runs through the city along the length of the bay. Across the water, the Hathaway Bridge connects to Panama City Beach and the long barrier shoreline facing the Gulf of Mexico.
In 2018, Hurricane Michael caused serious damage across the city, and the years of rebuilding since have become part of its recent story. A Panama City map poster shows a street plan that has survived and been repaired: the bay, the bayous and the long, steady line of the coast.

St. Andrew Bay
The wide bay fills the lower part of the frame. Its broad, calm surface sets off the dense lines of streets along the northern shore.
Hathaway Bridge
This bridge carries the road west across the water toward Panama City Beach. It is a thin, clear line connecting the city to the barrier coast.

Warum Panama City
Eine Karte mit Bedeutung
Many people link Panama City to one period of their lives: a posting at a nearby base, a childhood on the bay, or the years after the storm when neighbours rebuilt together. A map poster marks that connection without needing words.
You can still add words if you want, such as a street name, a year or a family name in the subtitle, along with your own coordinates. Pick from five styles, including Sand for a coastal feel. Files cost $9 in six sizes, and printed posters are available with an optional frame.
