Compact town grid
Ahram's streets form a mostly regular pattern of blocks that stays easy to read at any print size. A main road runs through the town and links it with the coast.

Ahram Map Poster & Print
Ahram is the administrative centre of Tangestan County in Bushehr province, set inland from the Persian Gulf on a broad, dry plain. From above, the town is a compact arrangement of straight streets and walled courtyards with a main road cutting through. Palm plantations and orchards press up against its edges and soften the outline of the built-up area.
To the east the land begins to fold into the long, parallel ridges of the Zagros, and the map shows the change clearly. Around the town the lines are dense. Beyond it lies open terrain crossed by seasonal watercourses that run down toward the coast. The contrast between the flat, settled plain and the empty hills gives the composition a strong sense of direction.
In Iran, the Tangestan region is remembered for its resistance to British forces during the First World War, led by local figures such as Rais Ali Delvari. An Ahram map poster places the town within that landscape of coast, plain and mountain. It is a quiet portrait of a place with a strong local identity.

Palm groves
Date palm plantations and orchards surround parts of the town. They show up as irregular plots and field lines that soften the edges of the built-up area.
Zagros foothills
East of the plain, the first ridges of the Zagros rise in long folds. The poster captures the point where the settled lowland gives way to open, mountainous ground.

For families from Tangestan, and for those who have moved to Bushehr, Shiraz or abroad, a map of Ahram is a clear and calm reminder of home. Its simple geometry works well above a desk, in a hallway or as a gift.
Personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a family name or a meaningful date, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster on matte paper.
