Bendorf Map Poster & Print
Bendorf lies on the right bank of the Rhine just downstream from Koblenz, where the river valley widens before the hills of the Westerwald. On the map, a band of industry and transport runs along the water, the town centre climbs the slope behind it, and forest covers the higher ground to the north and east.
The district of Sayn sits in a narrow side valley that opens toward the Rhine. Its streets follow the valley floor below the ruins of Sayn castle and the later palace. Elsewhere in Bendorf, streets climb in terraces and switchbacks, which gives the upper town a layered, contour-shaped texture.
Bendorf has long industrial roots. The Sayner Hütte, a nineteenth-century iron foundry with an early cast-iron hall, is its best-known monument. A Bendorf map poster captures this mix of riverbank, valley and slope, all within a compact frame beside one of Europe's great rivers.

Sayn valley
A narrow side valley cuts north-east toward the castle hill, and its streets form a slender offshoot from the main town.
Terraced slopes
Streets climb the hillside in curves and switchbacks, and the upper residential areas take on a layered, contour-like pattern.

Bendorf combines river, valley and forest in one small area, which makes a naturally varied composition. For locals and those who have moved away, the map shows walks along the Rhine, the path up to Sayn and the streets of home.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised, and five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download the HD files for $9, or order a matte print shipped from a partner close to you.
