Microdistrict blocks
Large residential blocks with inner courtyards create a repeating, geometric pattern. It stays clear and readable even at the smallest print sizes.

Berëzovskiy Map Poster & Print
Berëzovskiy lies just north of Kemerovo in the Kuzbass, one of Russia's main coal basins. It became a town in the 1960s, built around mining, and the map shows this. Residential districts are laid out in broad, orderly blocks, while industrial sites, railway lines and access roads extend toward the workings on the outskirts.
The housing areas have the familiar texture of late Soviet planning. Long apartment buildings are arranged around courtyards, and wide streets separate one microdistrict from the next. Between the built-up areas the map opens into woodland and empty ground, so the town looks less like one solid mass and more like a group of separate parts.
A Berëzovskiy map poster suits anyone with ties to the Kuzbass, whether through family, work in the mines or years spent in one of its apartment blocks. The name comes from the Russian word for birch, a tree common in the Siberian forest nearby. Those green spaces show on the map as calm, empty areas between the streets.

Rail and industry
Railway spurs and service roads run out from the town toward mining and industrial sites. They add long straight lines to the edges of the composition.
Woodland in between
Wooded land separates parts of the town. These quiet open areas on the poster balance the denser housing districts around them.

Mining towns rarely appear on posters, and that is exactly why a map of Berëzovskiy feels personal on a wall. You can add a family name, the year you moved in or left, or a short line in Russian or English as the subtitle.
