The Dommel
The river loops through Boxtel in slow, irregular bends, drawing a soft line through both the centre and the meadows on the edge of town.

Boxtel Map Poster & Print
Boxtel lies in North Brabant between 's-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg and Eindhoven, and the small river Dommel shapes much of its map. The river meanders through town in loose, irregular curves, and many older streets bend to follow it. The compact historic centre sits close to the water, with the market square and the Sint-Petrus basilica at its heart.
Kasteel Stapelen, set beside the Dommel near the centre, appears as a compact cluster of buildings and water among the surrounding streets. The railway runs close by in a long straight line, and the station once served as the starting point of the Boxtel–Wesel line toward Germany, which made the town an early rail junction.
Outside the centre, residential neighbourhoods give way to the woods, heath and farmland typical of the Brabant countryside, and the Dommel valley remains a green corridor. A Boxtel map poster shows a town that has kept its river close, with curving lanes, quiet waterside paths and open land never far from the front door.

Kasteel Stapelen
The castle grounds beside the river form a small, distinct shape near the town centre, one of the most recognisable points on the map.
Railway line
Tracks cross the town in a long straight line, a clear contrast to the winding river and the older streets clustered around the market.

Boxtel is the kind of town people return to, whether for family or for walks along the Dommel. A map of it captures that sense of a settled, green place, and it looks at home in a Dutch living room with plenty of daylight.
