Harbour walls
Two stone piers enclose the harbour at the heart of the seafront. They make a compact, geometric shape where fishing boats and pleasure craft share the water between the two bays.

Bridlington Map Poster & Print
From above, Bridlington is shaped by the sea. The harbour sits at the centre of a long east-facing shore. North Bay runs up towards the cliffs, and South Bay sweeps down towards the flat Holderness coast. The town's streets fan inland from the quays, tight near the water and looser as they climb towards the fields of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Two centres show clearly on the map. The seafront grew around the harbour and promenades, while the Old Town lies about a mile inland, gathered around the medieval Priory Church of St Mary. Terraces and later housing fill the gap between them, so a single street plan records both an old market settlement and a Victorian seaside resort.
A Bridlington map poster reads well because the coastline gives it a strong edge: the bays, the harbour walls and the promenade form clean lines against open water. The harbour is still a working one, known for its shellfish landings. That mix of fishing port and holiday town is what the drawing quietly holds.

Old Town and Priory
Inland, the older street pattern gathers around the Priory Church of St Mary. This separate cluster of lanes predates the resort and still reads as a quarter of its own.
Flamborough Head
North of town the coast turns sharply east towards Flamborough Head. Its chalk cliffs give the upper edge of a wider map a dramatic, pointed outline.

For people who grew up with Bridlington summers, or who still walk the promenade each year, the map is a quiet record of a familiar coast. The two bays and the harbour are recognisable at a glance, even without colour or labels.
You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, adding a family name or the year of a first holiday. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 digital download includes six sizes, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
