Castello quarter
The walled historic quarter sits on a hill above the port. Its narrow lanes form a compact, raised block that anchors the centre of the print.

Cagliari Map Poster & Print
Cagliari faces the Gulf of Angels on Sardinia's south coast, and the map shows a city built around high ground and water. The Castello quarter sits on a limestone hill above the harbour, surrounded by walls and bastions, and other districts spread out across the lower slopes and flat land around it.
East of the centre, the Molentargius salt ponds form a large wetland where flamingos nest, and beyond them Poetto beach runs for several kilometres along the gulf. The rocky headland of the Sella del Diavolo closes the view at the end of the beach. The Bastione di Saint Remy links the Castello to the lower city.
A Cagliari map poster brings together an unusually varied set of shapes: a walled hilltop with narrow lanes, a busy port, the flat geometry of salt pans and a clean, sweeping beach. The contrast of dense streets and open water makes the print lively and easy to read.

Molentargius ponds
The salt ponds and lagoons east of the city form large geometric shapes of water. They are home to flamingos and make an open space inside the urban area.
Poetto and the headland
A long beach runs along the gulf to the rocky Sella del Diavolo. The smooth curve of sand gives the southern edge of the print a calm line.

Cagliari hangs in the homes of Sardinians abroad and of anyone who spent a summer on Poetto. The mix of old walls, lagoons and open gulf makes it a map that feels both historic and relaxed.
