Railway junction
Several lines meet at Chanduasi, and their long straight tracks radiate across the map. They are the town's most distinctive feature.

Chanduasi Map Poster & Print
Chanduasi, also written Chandausi, is a town in western Uttar Pradesh, in the Sambhal district, on the broad, flat plain between the Ganges and the foothills. It is best known as a railway junction, and on a map the tracks converging from several directions are the town's strongest lines.
The old centre is a tight tangle of narrow lanes and market streets, typical of trading towns on the north Indian plain. Around it, newer neighbourhoods have spread outward along the roads. Beyond the houses the land becomes a mosaic of fields that continues to the horizon in every direction.
A Chanduasi map poster puts the junction at the centre of the image, with railway lines radiating out, a dense town core in the middle and farmland beyond. It is a simple composition that shows how a trading town grew around its tracks.

Old market lanes
The historic centre is a dense web of narrow streets that shows as a dark, finely drawn knot at the heart of the poster.
Surrounding farmland
Flat cultivated fields reach out in all directions, giving the town a quiet, open frame on every side.
