Compact town core
The centre is a tight group of streets and blocks. It reads as a clear shape against the emptier mountain land around it.

Charām Map Poster & Print
Charām lies in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, in the folded mountain country of the Zagros in southwestern Iran. The map shows a modest town on a patch of lower ground, with ridges and slopes rising nearby and giving the surroundings a strong sense of relief.
The streets form a compact pattern, denser in the centre and looser at the edges, where the land begins to climb. Roads lead through the valleys to neighbouring settlements, and watercourses follow the folds of the terrain. Cultivated plots sit wherever the land is flat enough.
It is a small place that few outsiders know, and it is best described simply. A Charām map poster focuses on the relationship between a town and its mountains: a cluster of streets, valley roads and the long lines of the Zagros.

Valley roads
Main roads follow the lower ground between ridges and bend with the terrain as they connect Charām to other towns in the province.
Zagros folds
The surrounding land rises into long, parallel ridges. On the poster they feel like a series of layers framing the town.

Many people from Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad now live in Shiraz, Tehran or abroad. A map of Charām keeps the home town close, and the mountain setting gives it a quiet presence on the wall.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, including a family name or a phrase in Persian. The five styles range from Classic black and white to the warm Sand, which suits the dry country.
