Main roads meet at the heart of town, and the busiest stretch of shops and services forms along their first few hundred metres.

Edappāl Map Poster & Print
Edappāl lies in Malappuram district in central Kerala, in the low, green country near the Bharathapuzha. It is a junction town. Several roads meet here, and much of its commercial life sits along those routes. The land around it is a mix of coconut palms, paddy and homesteads.
On a map Edappāl has no strict centre or edge. Shops and offices crowd the roads close to the main junction, then give way to houses on their own plots under the trees. The effect is typical of Kerala: a town that blends gradually into the settled countryside, laced with narrow lanes.
An Edappāl map poster suits people from the area, including the many Keralites working in the Gulf and further afield who keep strong ties to home. The print shows the roads and lanes they know by heart, cleanly drawn and easy to read.

Homestead lanes
Narrow lanes branch into the surrounding homestead plots, a dense, branching network that fills the map with fine detail.
River country
The low land toward the Bharathapuzha brings paddy and water channels into the frame, balancing the busier road corridors.
