Canal network
Straight canals and smaller branches divide the countryside around the town. On the map they form a fine web of lines that give the whole print its rhythm.

Gò Công Map Poster & Print
Gò Công sits on the flat lowland of the Mekong Delta near the coast of the South China Sea, in what is now Dong Thap province. From above, the town centre is a compact grid of streets and a market area, surrounded by a dense pattern of canals, rice fields and orchards.
Water shapes almost everything here. Canals run in straight lines between fields, smaller channels branch from them, and roads often follow their banks. Towards the coast the land gives way to mudflats and mangroves along a shore that is constantly changing.
Gò Công is known in Vietnamese history as the base of Trương Định, who led resistance against French forces in the 1860s. A Gò Công map poster captures a town set in one of the most watery landscapes in Asia.

Market centre
The town core is a small grid of streets around the market. It is the densest part of the map, set against the open fields around it.
Coastal edge
To the east the land meets the sea through mudflats and mangroves. In wider framings the shoreline becomes a soft, irregular border.

Many families trace their roots to the delta, and Gò Công is a name that carries weight for people who have moved to Saigon or overseas. A map of canals and fields keeps that landscape close.
Title it Gò Công with the diacritics, add a family name or year in the subtitle, and keep the coordinates. Paper suits the soft delta landscape. Blueprint makes the canal lines crisp and exact.
