Market centre
Shops and busy streets gather around the main junctions. This forms the densest part of the map and the natural focus of the composition.

Jayamkondacholapuram Map Poster & Print
Jayamkondacholapuram, usually shortened to Jayankondam, is a town in Tamil Nadu's Ariyalur district. Its full name echoes the Chola dynasty. The nearby Gangaikonda Cholapuram, founded by Rajendra Chola I as his capital, is known for its great Brihadisvara temple. That temple is part of the UNESCO-listed Great Living Chola Temples.
The town itself spreads across flat, open land. A dense commercial centre gathers around the main roads and junctions. Residential streets spread outward into a looser grid, and past the edges roads cut straight across agricultural land and tanks. The area is also known for its lignite deposits, a reminder that the ground beneath this farmland has industrial value as well.
A Jayamkondacholapuram map poster presents an ordinary working town in a region with an extraordinary past. In clean monochrome, the busy centre and the long rural roads leading away from it make a balanced, readable design. It also gives space to one of the longer place names you might choose to hang on a wall.

Straight rural roads
Beyond the town, roads run long and straight across the flat plain, connecting it to surrounding villages and to neighbouring towns in the district.
Tanks and fields
Irrigation tanks and farmland surround the town, as they do across much of the Tamil Nadu plains. They leave open, calm areas around the built-up streets.
