The Seraya River
The Seraya winds through the town and gives the map its main curve, a thin line of water that the factory grounds and older streets were laid out to follow.

Karabanovo Map Poster & Print
Karabanovo sits in the northwest of Vladimir Oblast, a short distance from the older town of Alexandrov. From above it reads as a small, tightly drawn settlement: a handful of residential blocks, lanes of detached houses and a broad industrial footprint, all gathered along the course of the Seraya River as it bends through the surrounding fields and woodland.
The town grew around textile production, and the map still shows it. Large rectangular factory plots sit close to the river, with apartment blocks built nearby for the people who worked there. Beyond them the pattern loosens into rows of private houses with long garden strips, a layout common to many industrial towns in central Russia but particular here in its scale and density.
A Karabanovo map poster keeps all of this at a readable size. The town is small enough that nearly every street fits on the sheet, and the river gives the composition a natural spine. Rendered in black and white, the contrast between dense blocks, open garden plots and the thin line of water becomes the whole story of the place.

Mill town layout
Large industrial plots and nearby housing blocks show how Karabanovo grew around textile work, with the factory at the centre of the town's shape rather than at its edge.
Garden-strip suburbs
Around the core, private houses on long narrow plots form a fine, repetitive texture that looks especially striking when printed as clean black lines on a light ground.

For people who grew up in Karabanovo or have family there, this map is a quiet way to keep the town close. The river, the mill grounds and the familiar walk between blocks and garden lanes are all recognisable at a glance, even from a distance.
You can add your own title, a subtitle such as a family name or a year, and a coordinates line. Choose one of five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, to match the room it will hang in.
