Kayunga Map Poster
Kayunga is the main town of Kayunga District in Uganda's Central Region, northeast of Kampala. The district lies between the Victoria Nile to the east and Lake Kyoga to the north, and the town sits among the farmland in between. From above, it has a compact commercial core where several roads meet, with homesteads and gardens spreading out along each approach.
The street pattern is simple and easy to read. A few main roads cross near the market area, shorter lanes fill the blocks between them, and the edges of town fade gradually into cultivated plots. There is no hard boundary. Instead, the density of lines slowly decreases, which gives the map a soft, feathered outline.
