Industrial plots
Large rectangular compounds form bold, simple shapes on the map, a clear sign of the manufacturing that has shaped the area in recent decades.

Khali Kachigam Map Poster & Print
Khali Kachigam lies in the Daman area of the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, on India's western coast. It sits a short distance inland from the sea. From above, it is a place in transition: older village lanes, larger rectangular industrial plots and newer residential streets are all found within a small area.
This mix is the most distinctive thing about the map. Factory compounds show up as broad geometric shapes with few internal lines. Residential parts form a finer, irregular mesh. Roads connecting to Daman and to the national highway corridor run through the area. The coastline and river mouths near Daman lie close by, just beyond the town's edge.
A Khali Kachigam map poster is for people who live and work here, many of whom have come from other states for work in local industry. It records a very specific moment in the growth of a coastal industrial town, turned into a clean black and white print.

Village lanes
Older residential parts keep narrow, winding lanes. Their finer, more organic pattern contrasts with the straight edges of the industrial zones.
Links to Daman
Roads leading towards Daman and the coast tie the town into the wider territory and give the composition a clear sense of direction.
