Kosi Map Poster & Print
Kosi, often called Kosi Kalan, is a town in Mathura district in western Uttar Pradesh, part of the Braj region associated with the stories of Krishna. It lies on the main highway between Delhi and Agra, and on the map this road is the backbone of the town: a strong, straight line with the streets gathered on either side.
The surrounding land is the flat plain west of the Yamuna, farmed intensively and crossed by canals and minor roads. Kosi has long been a trading town for the farming villages nearby, and its older lanes form a dense, irregular core close to the highway.
A Kosi map poster shows this linear logic very clearly. The highway sweeps through the frame, the old town clusters beside it, and newer development stretches along the road in both directions. Railway tracks and the fields beyond complete the picture of a town shaped by the route between two great cities.

Old town lanes
Close to the highway, an irregular network of narrow lanes forms the dense historic core of the market town.
Yamuna plain farmland
Around the town, flat fields and canals extend in every direction, giving the edges of the poster a quiet, even texture.

Kosi is a place many people pass through on the highway, but for those who grew up there it is much more. The map shows the town as residents know it, lane by lane.
